“Disappointed with how long the freshness/moistness of the cake lasted. It was delivered on a Sunday for a Monday birthday. By Tuesday - although having been stored correctly - the cake had lost all its freshness and wasn’t enjoyable anymore.
The cake had been packaged perfectly so it was pristine upon arrival. I was able to present the cake on Monday morning to a very happy partner. My family and I all enjoyed a slice each on the Monday so no complaints for the main purpose of the order. Just the cakes longevity.”
“Cake was very dry. Seemed designed for travel rather than taste. Arrived in tact but we were all disappointed with the taste. Not anything like a classic Victoria sponge.”
