“The cake, as ever was amazing. This is about the third or fourth cake I’ve ordered and the quality has been exceptional.
Delivery has been the only let down.
Always on time but third party courier cannot decipher (very clear) orientation arrows.
Each cake has been left on its side or upside down.
Fortunately the packaging had saved the integrity of the product and with a little manipulation was reshaped in time for the party.”

We’re sorry, however, to hear about the repeated issues with how your parcels have been handled during delivery. While we’re pleased they’ve arrived on time, cakes should absolutely be transported in accordance with the clear orientation markings on the packaging. It’s a testament to our protective packaging that the cakes have remained intact, but we completely understand that you shouldn’t need to reshape a cake before a party. 💛
