Our hampers containing chilled items are ambiently tested for safe delivery and are carefully packed with ice packs to help protect the contents during transit. The ice packs may have melted and the cream may feel softer by the time the parcel arrives, but this does not necessarily mean the contents are unsuitable to enjoy.
