“Cake bar is excellent - the sponges and fillings are very good. One tiny caution if you keep it in a fridge then the chocolate can become very brittle which makes cutting it exciting and fun.”

We appreciate the heads-up about the chocolate too! As with our cakes, we recommend allowing chilled treats to come up to room temperature before enjoying, which helps the chocolate and fillings soften and makes slicing much easier. đź’›
