“This was a little gift to my brother and sister in law following the sudden loss of their beloved dog at Christmas.
Unfortunately when they unpacked it, there was no card with my message as ordered, so they did not know who had sent it and my brother had to call you up and someone had to read the card message over the phone to them. This was disappoining in the circumstances,but apart from that they were very pleased with the Brownies .”
