“Not very brownie like. Really thin and not such a nice taste. They did not feel freshly baked. They were not fudgey like you would expect with a brownie. The millionaires one was especially disappointing. Very little caramel or shortbread to differentiate them for the other flavours. I bought them for a bunch of teens and they didn’t even finish them. This spoke volumes. Wish I’d dashed to M&S and bought their ones - much much nicer.”

We are sorry for your experience with us didn’t match your expectations this time. We bake our products fresh daily, use all natural ingredients and make product quality a priority. The cake should be served at room temperature at which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. We are not sure if you had stored it in the fridge, but this might explain the dry cake layers.
