“Disappointing, my previous cake from here maybe 1-2 years back was so much nicer. Didn’t really have that moist delicious chocolatey taste, was more dry and I felt like they are probably relying too much on sugar at the expense of my costly ingredients like cocoa for example, maybe that’s not the case but it is how it tasted”
“It was a gift to my daughter who lives miles from me so I didn't get to taste it. She absolutely loved it, and shared with friends who were equally impressed. This cake might be small but so lovely and rich as my daughter said you could not manage a bigger one. The tin makes a lovely keepsake.”
