“I purchased this cake for my family for Eid. Whilst it is absolutely stunning to look at, the actual flavours were quite subtle. That's not necessarily bad but if you compare it to the pistachio & passionfruit cake or the Mother's Day elderflower & raspberry cake, it does fall short on flavour. I found the brownies from the Ramadan/Eid range also a little too subtle.”

The rose and pistachio milk cake was a huge disappointment, the cake was dry and very odd tasting, absolutely nothing like a milk cake which is moist. Would not buy this again and as I gifted the rose and pistachio cupcakes I really hope those tasted better!”
