“I have looked for Non dairy or egg cakes for years, for my partner, and have have mostly had to buy Vegan cakes , but not one are equal to the quality and taste of this cake! , it was that good I eat it and other family members , I will be buying again , the only thing I would add is I could only get a small , please do them larger as there was not enough to go round”
“Baked and decorated beautifully. Looked amazing and no one guessed it was vegan! Sponge was soft and there was just enough sweetness to compliment the raspberries on top.

“Light, moist,melt in the mouth cake with delicious not overly sweet icing. The dried raspberries added a sharp contrast to the rich flavours. Sorry, can’t tell you if it’s a ‘keeper’ for obvious reasons……..”
