“I have looked for Non dairy or egg cakes for years, for my partner, and have have mostly had to buy Vegan cakes , but not one are equal to the quality and taste of this cake! , it was that good I eat it and other family members , I will be buying again , the only thing I would add is I could only get a small , please do them larger as there was not enough to go round”

“Light, moist,melt in the mouth cake with delicious not overly sweet icing. The dried raspberries added a sharp contrast to the rich flavours. Sorry, can’t tell you if it’s a ‘keeper’ for obvious reasons……..”
