Hi Patricia, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your cake. We bake our products fresh daily, use all natural ingredients and make product quality a priority. The cake should be served at room temperature and which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. We are not sure if it had been stored in the fridge, but this might explain the dry cake layers.
