“Cake was very well packaged and the sponge was lovely. Light and fluffy, not dry at all. However the cake as a whole was far too sweet. I picked the passion fruit and pistachio cake as passion fruit is generally very tangy. I was not after something so sickly sweet. Such a shame. The biskies and macarons are delicious though so I think I will stick with them in future”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for your experience with us didn’t match your expectations this time. We bake our products fresh daily, use all natural ingredients and make product quality a priority. The cake should be served at room temperature at which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. We are not sure if you had stored it in the fridge, but this might explain the dry cake layers.
