“I purchased this cake for a friend's birthday, after it had been sent to me for mine. This is one of the nicest cakes that I have ever eaten and beautifully presented. Excellent quality pistachio and the passionfruit flavour comes through very well. Stayed moist and kept fresh in the tin. Unfortunately I cannot comment on how well it keeps as it was too good to last long...
