“Delicious cake, not too sweet as some have criticsed. As it a milk cake it is expected to be slightly denser. We liked this texture especially when kept at room temperature. The rose and pistachio flavouring is very subtle but nice. Perhaps some more pistachio flavouring would have been preferred.”
