I must say though that the flavour was a bit too lemony for a Red Velvet cake. Possibly there was an overuse of one of the ingredients or unsuitable courier storage conditions. We binned the leftovers the following day as we were afraid to get a tummy ache
I think that a padded cardboard packaging [similar to the one ises by Lola Cupcakes] would be more suitable for a cake nationwide delivery,
Also ideally ask for cool storage conditions. The outer packaging [bubblewrap] was not cold at all upon when I received it from the courier.”
