“Their cakes are always absolutely delicious and the pistachio and orange Christmas one was no exception. Christmassy flavours but without the stodgy heaviness of so many Christmas foods. The little balls in the cake really elevate it. And it was still incredibly moist four days later (I have no idea how it didn’t get eaten in that time apart from the fact it was huge).”
