“I love this power bank, it's a beast. I use its 60 watt usb c port to power up either my Windows Surface Book laptop or My Dell Tuff Book for work. It extends the life of my computers to the point that I have never run out of battery. Would not dream of leaving home without it. I work in remote areas where I don't always have outlets available. With this unit you don't need an outlet, you can work anywhere for hours. I would suggest buying the charger and cables from them because not every usb c cable and charger works with the beast. Save yourself the time and frustration.”

“Customer service which I didn’t need for this purchase but thought I did, was so lovely and fast and helpful. The unit is great. I haven’t used it in full yet but it is good. My only issue and this is really MY issue that I didn’t consider fully not actually Cygnets issue is that the portable battery is big and heavy! (Like heavier then my actual laptop!) however, that does make sense given the power inside it. So if you need something light and not so often (so purely short backup purposes, consider also having a smaller unit) but this is good and so far have no issues at all!!”

“Can't speak highly enough about the service , i bought the pro power bank about 2 years and 1 month ago (so just out of warranty) and had an issue with the unit not charging , after a few emails and lovely customer service girl trying to help i got sent a new unit , without any cost!!! just made my day as i am using the power bank often and rely on it so much , Thankyou Cygnett , you have earnt me as a customer for future purchases. Very Recommended!!!”
