I can totally understand that perspective of the majority of the products we sell not being in English, however the reasoning behind this is simply that China is making the best puzzles at the best prices. In any case though, the blue bottle is for making your cube smother and more controllable. The Red is for making the turning speed faster and the purple bottle is thicker and used for slowing your puzzles down.
