I never took the course. I went on their web site the Thursday (14 January 2021) before the course was to start on Monday (18-20 January 2021), it was still advertised and therefore I thought I could attend the TDG TTT with the Instructor package, so I registered. I received an email from the instructor the following day (15 January 2021) and he asked me to phone him. I did, Tracey explained to me that I cannot attend this course due to course materials being mailed out and that they won’t get to me on time. Tracey also mentioned that the company should have removed the 18-20 January 2021 course dates in order to have the issue that happened to me, happen to anyone else. I didn’t expect Danatec to actually process my payment because of this situation, but they did. Here’s my problem, I emailed the department that processes payments, and explained the situation, I did this on Tuesday (19 January 2022) and I haven’t had a reply as of yet and today I’d Friday (22 January 2021). I asked for a full refund. I hope to hear back ASAP and resolve this situation. Rick
