“The WHMIS Wallet certificate paper is horrible, the ink smears and the paper is heavy, too heavy to copy. In order to copy a certificate one has to do it under the glass as opposed to using the top feeder. Also, the WHMIS wallet certificates should be singular so that they can be laminated with ease. Presently Danatec certificates for WHMIS come with 4 certificates on an 8 1/2 X 11 paper then cut trimmed to size. It is time consuming. I teach many courses and student certificates are typically individual singular, printed wallet cards ready to go; easy to fill out and laminate. Danatec should look at the First Aid, H2S Alive, Fall Protection templates as an example and incorporate these changes as soon as possible. The WHMIS wallet certificates are horrible and time consuming to issue. Please make the WHMIS and TDG wallet certificates user friendly and one certifcate per student without having to be cut trimmed to issue. Also, change the paper so it is user friendly too.”
