“I thought the course itself was good but I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I was not told in the beginning of the exam and having to pass with an 80 in 2 tries. This should have been explained in the beginning, also the fact that I had to pay for the course twice was not acceptable. I should have had to redo it but I should not have been charged again, very disappointed”

“I would like to say first off that your website is hard to use. Not user-friendly at all. I was unable to even ask a simple question while trying to book my employees in for the Arc Flash course. After I did book the course for 6 staff, then they were unable to due via their smartphones or tablets like it said online because you then told us we needed a thumb drive as your site is out of date. So in closing, if you want better reviews I suggest getting your site updated so that staff and employees can use what little time they have to get courses done and can stop dealing with technical issues. I have also been told by the manager who ran the course that the test is almost impossible to pass and my guys are mostly electricians. thanks Julie Smith”
