“I would like to say first off that your website is hard to use. Not user-friendly at all. I was unable to even ask a simple question while trying to book my employees in for the Arc Flash course. After I did book the course for 6 staff, then they were unable to due via their smartphones or tablets like it said online because you then told us we needed a thumb drive as your site is out of date. So in closing, if you want better reviews I suggest getting your site updated so that staff and employees can use what little time they have to get courses done and can stop dealing with technical issues. I have also been told by the manager who ran the course that the test is almost impossible to pass and my guys are mostly electricians. thanks Julie Smith”

“Registering was the most difficult part of receiving the course, postal code issues hard to enter. The course kept on taking me to the USA registering version. Over all once in, no problems so far. I have not started the course but will be within the following week. Thanks Bob Kufley”

“The registration, payment and assignment to an employee is very easy and convenient. I use Danatac for all of our employees needing ESTS and other courses. They say it is a great online course and are satisfied with the course”

“This was a poorly edited training course. It had mistakes and inconsistencies. It was overly long and was geared towards people who have never been on a job site ever in their life. If you were an apprentice, and worked in the industrial end of things, this course will talk down to you. It’s also geared towards the Z462-21 Standard which only just came out. It’s not law and not that many employers follow this Standard, as they have their own training..The course pretty much makes you buy it in order to pass the exam. It’s a big money grab.”
