I'm very disappointed so far in this online course. It's taken me at least 2.5 hrs to complete an hour of actual training. It is very hard to navigate around and there is no real indication of what modules have been completed. I keep getting bumped back to the home screen. If it's possible, I would like to get my money back so I can go elsewhere for my training.

The Course is easy to navigate and when calling customer service, the representatives are always friendly and able to answer my questions quickly

Course was informative Do a final exam after each Module versus at the end of the course Would like to see the testing system change as after being online for 4 hrs, the attention span is done

The principals of ground disturbance are actually really simple. However, I understand that there has to be some filler. In addition, I don't really see the need to dwell on a bunch of governing bodies who are going to get involved should you have an incident. The fact that knowing there is someone out there who is going to land on you with both feet is enough. This leads me to believe that alot of this course was written by a bureacrat and not someone who has actually done field work. I guess what i am saying is you could keep this course to a half day and stick with the meat and potatoes, and let us get back to work. I may be alone in this thinking, but you asked.

The course is great!. The ticket is not. If it were the size of a credit card, like all the rest, it would fit in the little plastic holder... Thanks Steve.
