“The course moved along well. A few of the quiz and exam questions have glitches and confusion with the answers showing wrong although when offered correction the answer was the same as the one selected. . Was a little frustrating. Felt a little light on legislation and reason for some rules. Overall good experience.”

“We use the online course when we can't get someone into a classroom. For that it is handy. I have had a couple of employees not able to complete the test and I don't think I should have to pay for them to take the training a second time. I have no problem with them having to go through it again, but there shouldn't be a cost. In a classroom, an instructor would give them assistance to get through the final exam.”

“For the price of this course, we can watch Netflix for up to 10 months in 4K. As customers we are livid, that we are sitting and wasting our time, waiting for the pages to load. Why bother sending these emails, if you're not going to change anything anyway. It is being like this for ages. And it's not just your course, it's any course we have to go through.”

“The course was difficult to navigate due to the layout, i was unable to use full screen mode due to web layout . Also sometimes the narrator stopped working in some modules which was confusing . Poor course layout would not recommend”
