“The content was great, but the exam was quite a bit different than I have experienced before on other courses. Once you completed a question, even though you had not submitted it, you can not change it. I know of one question for sure, I had made my selections and could not change them. Also many exams, you have the opportunity to go through it and make the selections you know for sure and then go back to the questions that require more thought. A person can not do that in this format.”

“I was not happy with the product, support said there was glitch in the program and restarted for me, there was a 2nd glitch and I went to a different provider and purchased the same product......I'm out the 100.00 dollars”
