“I recently purchased and assigned this course to 7 workers on Thursday February 5, 2026 and on Thursday February 13, 2026 as I was out of the office one of our workers reached out to me that they could not sign into the training. I requested they reach out to the help line to whom informed them they would require a new invite to the course as it had been longer then 3 days? I don't understand 3 days and don't believe this is an adaquate amount of time to require a new invite.”
