“I didn't personally take the course, but the process of signing up an employee to take the course was very quick and easy. I also like how each employee is displayed in the same area where purchased training courses can be easily assigned. My only suggestion would be to explain the difference between the LearnerVerified and regular training - I had to call customer support to see what the difference between the two were and make sure that the unverified training course would still be just as eligible as the verified course.”

“I am waiting for my refund. Our locators said that they brought up questions on the exam and nothing still has been resolved and this was in the summer. I will be looking for another course online”

“I started this course on Monday Oct 28th. Everything was going good until i got to the 3rd module and it will not allow me to go any further. I have called your 1-800 number numerous times and left messages but no response. I am to the point i would like someone to reimburse the money i paid for the course and i will take it elsewhere.”
