“I found the module tests hadn't been properly tested by anyone. The module ten test started at question two and ended at question 32 out of 33 questions, so technically you can only get two or three questions wrong out of the 33 questions because it appears it automatically marks questions 1,2 and 33. Also, it needs to be stated when purchasing the course, chrome needs to be the preferred provider or the course won't download. I struggled with this prior to finally calling your IT support.”

“We should see more training on the physical work to be done. There is not enough information on access and egress for example.”

“It was a good course where its need doing from the comfort of your office or home. It was detail orientated. Only concern was it would pause once in awhile during mid session. But overall a good course.”
