“TDG was simple easy to navigate and very user friendly. WHMIS drags a bit on the videos. Maybe have them stacked at the end of the course or an option to view for people who wish to view the story. Drop the questions about the videos in the course and have it streamlined for people who have taken the course previously several times. Navigating to be able to print the certificate does need to be addressed it tends to send a person down a rabbit hole and have to chase a link or back pedaling the system to get it to print and this is not the first time I have taken a course with Danatec and having this issue. Also I have been told not to do the course if you can not print off when completed immediately as the site will not keep record of the course once logged off and will not allow you to log back in so then the course may need to be repeated at cost.”
