“Managed to complete the TDG portion with many software glitches. These simply do not allow one to proceed to the next chapter easily despite completing the previous chapters. Then the WHIMS portion simply became unusable. Stuck at 38% completion, nothing I tried would allow progression to the next chapter. A constant error message about having more than one window open was puzzling as there was only the single browser window open. Eventually I just gave up and contacted support. Everything they suggested had already been tried to no avail. I requested a refund for the unusable course and was denied. So my opinion of Danatec and their coding is very low. The course material that I was able to access is well done but the coding behind the courses is so incredibly annoying and poorly implemented that I will never bother with anything from this company again.”
