“The course material is good however there were a few issues with the test questions... 1: The list of answers for 'oxygen concentration in air' have the decimal places in the wrong spot ie one of the answers was listed as .209% rather than 20.9% (all the possible answers were like this) 2: The resource materials for answering a couple of the questions were difficult to find as follows: 3: There was a question regarding the specific gravity of nitrogen, I'm assuming the answer was in the resource materials, but was unable to find it. 4: There was a question listing 3 substances...which is the most flammable based on LEL/UEL, but I couldn't get to the resource material while I was taking the test, possibly that was my fault. 5: When finished the test, couldn't print the certificate, actually had to call in to see what was happening, was told to log out, log back in etc etc finally was able to print the certificate. Basically, the course and course information was good (i've taken this a number of times), but there are few issues that need to be worked out in regards to the test etc. Thanks”
