First I wish to say that the staff was excellent with assisting me through the setup process. A painless experience and much appreciated. The tracking system was also equally effective. As for the video, I received positive reviews across the board from our staff. "Very informative and walked away feeling it was time well spent".

Take the recreational trailer safety course and save yourself the time. It is almost word for word a copy of that course. Both courses fell short in my opinion as they only covered regular ball and hitch. This course could be so much better if they put an effort into also covering gooseneck/fifth wheel hitches and how vehicles react differently than conventional hitches. Definitely not worth the 30 minutes and 25.00 if you are paying for it.

I found the Commercial Trailer Safety Training Course to be very informative and helpful. Great for someone starting out and a good refresher for those more experienced. The course covered off the important safety aspects of trailer towing and I also found the videos very helpful.

There was confusion when completing the final exam. There was no clear direction. For example - It should state, select all the correct answers that apply. A normal test is one best answer unless otherwise stated.
