A solid course that provides knowledge and the ability to identify and mediate various acts of violence that occur in the workplace.

It was very hard to stay engaged throughout this course. Would have benefitted more with audio and video.

I found it very easy to understand, though I was unsure of some things due to the cancel culture we are currently in where they regard words as violence. I was glad violence was considered physical in this course.
