“The actual handbook is great for our training program, it was the delivery that was the issue. We ordered 10 books and only received 9, after a phone call they sent another out which meant another trip to the post office to sign for it. A total waste of my time. This was a very simple order of 10 of the same book, I would hate to see what would happen if there were different items.”
