“Most things online for me is frusrated. This course, from start to finish was easy. It started when I called and talked to the customer service person. Right away he understood my fear of online navigation and he helped me to register. And got me going. The set up of the course was very user friendly. I was able to leave/ go back to re read something and started right back where I left off. The exam also was easy. I time I selected an answer, I would hold my breath. I missed one answer but that's because I was shaking and accidentally click the wrong slot. I saw the other courses that's offered. Wow. Dantec will be my first go to site if I need to take a course. Thank U.”

“Unfortunately, the program will not let you change from employer to employee in case if you make a mistake. plus if you work on the program during a weekend there is a good chance that you will not be able to print out your pass results until someone is in the office monday morning!! Should be automatic in this time and age!!”
