“The WHMIS training itself was very good. The purchase process and set-up before training were incredibly frustrating; if you purchase the training as a company you have to use a different email address for the person taking the training. (the email address of the company and the email address of the person taking the training need to be different). Makes it difficult for the company owner to purchase and take the training themselves.”

“Good afternoon, On the Ontario WHMIS Training portal, the sequence of events seems to matter. Is it better to add the new learner 1st or to purchase a course 1st and then assign it to the learner. That should made clearer with Step by Step instructions. Other than that, all is very good.”

“Before the new platform came into place, I had purchased one WHMIS (GHS) course. When I logged in to distribute the course, it was gone. I had to buy another one. I would like to be refunded for the first purchase.”
