“Took 3 hrs to get through 1st course video cut out tried for 2 days got no where with course went to a different place and got course in 1 1/2 hrs. Very unhappy paid 30 some dollars for nothing”

“This was a great course. The presentation style is engaging and easy to follow, and the stories were a great addition to really make you think more seriously about work safety. I found that the video program worked better on Google Chrome compared to Firefox.”

“Not very impressive web site with the online training getting stuck in the middle of the quiz. No back button also to review a previous chapter. If you contact the online help they recommend the private browser which was not mentioned when you begin the training.”

“The server does not seem to recognize I have gone through the section 1 about ten times. It will not let me advance any further. Very poor product.”

“I am having issues with a chapter saying "in progress" when it has been completed over 3x. I have written tech support with no reply delaying my completion and putting my program who needs the certificate at risk. Also the program could be improved by having the ability to speed up the videos 1.5 - 3x the speed. While the videos are helpful, some of them speak very slowly and would be beneficial to hear them faster or skip through them when I can read the audio 3x faster than the people are speaking.”
