“the information was good , my only issue was finishing each lesson , i would finish and then exit after it told me to and then it would say incomplete and i would have to go back in and then exit for it to be completed , if they update or upgrade that part then my score would be higher”

“It is difficult for participants to log in at times, but overall it's great to have access to training resources right away for employment groups. We also really appreciate how adaptable the supplier is to working with us.”

“No problems with the actual course, but the fact that it only works on Google Chrome is a big problem. Some people taking your course work for big companies which run different applications, Chrome may not always be one of them and IT can be a headache in a big company. Fix it so it can run on multiple browsers!”

“Unable to access course once paid for. Had to wait until following day. No way to get a hold of support to assist with entering the course.”
