“Having purchased same online course previously then to hear concerns from two of three employees on attempts to access n complete. One gave up then purchased one on his own elsewhere to complete. The next time for convenience purchased another online, same course, n employee gave up attempt to access n purchased elsewhere. Not certain what the issue is as I tried to assist two employees on gaining access which overall took a few hours of my time n not so inclined to purchase from this source again n will go elsewhere to alleviate the concerns brought to my attention.”
