“We had purchased the online WHMIS course for one of our employees who upon making attempt to access was unable to open the program which required some communication time with provision of instruction and direction to open the program however they have yet to access and make attempt to complete the course. This may be as a result of an unknown challenge however they have since put it off until they are able to designate time to complete and hopeful that they may then be able to open the program and complete as anticipated.”

“too much old news reports took so much of my time. Should have had a choice to skip them if wanted. I take the course every 3 years and this one was just a painful experience to get thru. You need to make the course more user friendly for repeat customers. I will be looking elsewhere in future for the course.”
