It was a good and practical video learning course. But I am give you 4 stars because I had requested for a correction of my name on the certificate, there hasn't been an answer to my request. There hasn't been any response so far, seem to be neglected. That's my concern. I will change the rating to 5 star when my long awaiting name correction is effected.

Employees had more of a problem this year then last year when accessed on their phone. When moving on the screen, the whole page would move off.

The course is well presented and engaging. We use the corporate account to help set up the team for training, manage the certifications expiry, etc. However, that part of it has not been working properly. The portal does not show completion of the course by the employee, nor the certifications. So far, each employee has to email me to submit a ticket to WHMIS.ca when they complete their course - this was the only way for them to get the certification, and for our portal to be updated correctly. The service team has been responded quickly and efficiently, but they really need to fix the system!

The training itself I quite liked - I'm used to a different delivery system but this one was engaging enough that it wasn't painful to complete after the annual updates of the last 10 years of my life. That being said, they are getting three stars because I completed the training Tuesday, the night prior to needing it, receiving 100% but I was unable to print my certification. Indeed, I ended up doing the training twice thinking maybe I had clicked the wrong thing at the end and that's why. Then I called the day after, Wednesday, because I needed the training TO GO TO WORK and never heard back. Finally the following Monday I emailed and they finally came through and gave me my certification, dated for the Sunday instead of the date I completed training, making it look like I wasn't truthful when I said I'd completed it the Tuesday. It was a messy interaction that added unnecessary stress in an already overly stressful time.
