“This is the 21 pair of Melissa/Vivienne Westwood Melissa that I have purchased over a four year period. I have had to throw out to date, 7 pairs because of the same reason - the heel snaps and because its hollow that's it! They are not repairable when the heel snaps in the middle. The heel on this pair appears to be more 'solid' One really annoying thing is that the quality check on the application of the cluster needs to be stepped up because they are not even from one foot to another- and this is my second attempt at getting a pair that looked the same . The first pair was wayyyy off. I bought them in the sale so for me definitely worth it. Also to add they are extremely comfortable”
