“from start to finish the service was amazing. MY boots arrived within a couple of days, sadly I had to return them as they were too small. Things like this are usually a hassle but certainly not on this occasion as the process was so easy. I was able to return them to a daniel shop and they arranged for them to be returned and for me to be re-imbursed. When I got home they had already emailed to let me know my card had been re-imbursed. The re-ordering process was easy and the bigger size was deliverd the next day. Excellent service, polite and helpful staff, quick delivery I cannot fault this company.”
