“These boots are really lovely, well made and a gorgeous shade of grey. I am very happy with them. I am not happy however that they had clearly been tried on and sent to me un-zipped with no internal stuffing and out of their protective plastic sleeves. They should be checked prior to being sent out to another customer.”
