“Purchased MK bag and I was sent incorrect bag twice- selling similar bag to a picture for more money. It took second time for them to look in to a problem clearly first time no one bothered to check on this. However I have been refunded 5% for the delay and inconvenience and when they figured out they are selling wrong bag offered full refund but 5% has been deducted of my refund. Wasted my time for over 2 weeks and I still had to chase after my refund. Awful”
