“Beautiful shoes just ordered the wrong size. Swapping shoe size should be more automatic rather than through a new order. Refunding money for returned shoes, customer should be asked if they wish the money to be paid into the bank account from where all or part of the payment was made or like the money to be added to their Daniels account. It should not be automatic.”
