“Unfortunately my first experience purchasing from your website was not great. I think there was something wrong with the website. On receiving my order in duplicate which could have been a problem to someone. It wasn’t really the problem to me. What was? I opened the boxes and to my horror I had received a pair of black sandals that I hadn’t ordered but had been sent as part of my order. The sandals been worn for probably the last year, the heels had been worn down and looked very old and shabby. I couldn’t believe that these were sent out to me. The reason why I’m writing this review is because I rang consumer services straight away. I spoke to Ola. She was so kind, helpful and sorted the problem immediately. I really want to thank her and tell you what a brilliant customer service team you have in my experience. I probably would never order from yourselves again but as your customer service team were excellent helping me. I definitely would try to order from your website again. Thank you all again.
