“Bought a UK 37 / 4 but it fitted like a UK 6 . Far too big. Sent them back ( no free returns) and was told they go on the info given to them from USA. But Daniel they are the legal seller in the UK so should check their own info they provide to customers. However, a refund for the product, delivery cost and return postage was agreed. It took another 2 emails to get the return postage paid into Paypal, as the first payment "failed" and then 2 weeks to get the full refund for product, not 5 days as per their website. They suggested I telephone another number , when I had not received the refund . That was another 3 emails before they acknowledged their banking system was faulty and it would take longer. Cannot recommend”
