“I bought this watch for my boyfriends birthday. It stopped working after about 1 month. I sent it back and got another one. The second one i got was sent without a battery. So i sent that back too. I am now waitung for my third watch, hoping it comes with a battery and that the battery lasts. The only thing that is good is the customer service, they offered to send me new watches everytime. But the watch itself is poor quality. That’s too bad because i liked this brand. I don’t think i’ll be shopping again from DW.”
