“收到沒電池的手錶, 還好只是沒電不適手表有問題, 不想再等快一個月的漫長換貨流程, 自費換了電池附上收據請客服補電池的錢, 國外匯款來入帳要收手續費, 結果我只拿到一半電池的錢, 再跟客服反應, 回覆是"沒有辦法, DW就是匯電池的錢, 手續費要我自己負擔"..... 為了你們品管不佳的問題買隻手錶竟然搞了快2個月, 補償電池的錢還要我自己吸收匯款手續費, 我真的不懂你們的處理方式為什麼做半套, 搞的客人很累, 買你們家的手錶真的要心臟很大顆, 脾氣要好, 要有耐心才行, 不然就直接列拒往才不會自找麻煩!!!”
