“When I ordered this product as part of a Christmas present I was delivered an empty box. It wasn’t an easy process but eventually I got the product I ordered and this was delivered 6 weeks after the original empty box was delivered. Since then a pin in the strap of the watch has fallen out twice so I’ve had to pay to get this fixed. I got a watch for myself at the same time and it’s a different make which has caused no issues so I would not recommend this product.”
