“The shipping and delivery time were great but the packaging and watch itself were very,very underwhelming. Your website also advertises "free with watch" straps however, I wasn't given an option to select one nor was one included in the delivery. I would've also expected a stopper to be inserted to make sure the battery still works when the watch got to me but no, I still have to get the battery changed. Overall, an underwhelming and cheap experience. Mo elegance whatsoever at what wasn't a very cheap expense. I'm disappointed.”
